The perfume is intense with a good aftertaste of yeast and bread crust. This wine is mineral, citrusy and it has an important and persistent bubble. It has a full body and presents the residues of fermentation on the bottom. Ideal for cocktail, aperitif, seafood, cold appetizer and mozzarella cheese. Aspritz is the best wine for the pizza.
